Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 working days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. If you return goods to us in their original condition within 14 days we will refund you for the full amount paid for the goods only. You will be responsible for the original delivery to you and the return postage. If you return goods to us which are faulty or you have received by mistake or any other reason which is to be our fault, we will refund all payments made by you including the return postage.
Refunds will be completed within reasonable period of time but no more than 30 days of us receiving the goods back in the condition in which they were originally supplied by us.
Wrongly Ordered Items or Change of Mind
You have 7 working days to inform us that you are returning the item providing the part has not been fitted and still in its original packaging. We will check the returned goods and make sure they are in resaleable brand new condition. We will only refund original value of the goods less the postage for returned goods that are fully functional.
We cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not contain sufficient documentation for identification.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling).
