We use UPS Access Points for our customers to collect their parcels at a time that suits them. UPS Access Point locations are convenient places - local businesses with evening and weekend hours offering collections. Nationally over 2,800 UPS Access Point locations offer consumers greater flexibility in picking up packages for transportation by UPS.

This service is the most economical option as well as providing the freedom that you don`t have to stay in all day to receive your parcel. 

Customers receive e-mail and text message notifications for their collections. They have 7 working days to collect their parcel after they have been notified the delivery of their parcel to the collection point.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed over weekends will be processed on Monday so the next working day for an order placed at the weekend will be Tuesday. Any orders placed after 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be processed the next working day.

Europe:
Royal Mail delivery usually can take between 3 to 10 days to most European destinations but this service does not offer guaranteed delivery dates and can take slightly longer at times. Prices start from £6.95 and 20% VAT applies to customers from all countries in the EU.

UPS Express Saver option is available for most European countries and delivery to most destinations is next working day. Please note some products may take longer to ship if stock availability from a different warehouse. Some rural areas can also take an extra day or two and additional charges may apply.

This service is available by UPS  for Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland
