Returns Policy

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 14  days of receipt of the goods. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. We will send you an e-mail with the instructions on the return procedure when you contact us as this may vary depending on the service used and individual cases. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14  days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.  You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. If you return goods to us which are faulty or you have received by mistake or any other reason which is to be our fault, we will refund payments made by you including the original postage.

Refunds will be completed within reasonable period of time but no more than 60 days of us receiving the goods back in the condition in which they were originally supplied by us.

Wrongly Ordered Items or Change of Mind

You have 14 days to inform us that you are returning the item providing the part has not been fitted and still in its original packaging. We will check the returned goods and make sure they are in resaleable brand new condition.  We will only refund original value of the goods less the postage for returned goods that are fully functional. If the packaging is damaged or parcel tape is used on the original box the part was in, we have the right to refuse the returned part. The common sense applies to returns as to anything so you should consider yourself as the next customer and must be satisfied with the appearance of the product as being brand new.

We cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not contain sufficient documentation for identification.

The application tables on product pages are for guidance only. Customers are responsible to make sure the part purchased is the correct part for their car.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling).
