Ordering

You can order items from our website by either telephoning us or using the online facility. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once you successfully place an order, but this does not garantee that your order will be fulfilled. (although 96% of orders are fulfilled successfully). 
If we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you as soon as we are able so please ensure your contact details are correct.

 Order confirmation is normally sent after we have validated credit/debit card details and received authorisation from the card issuers. Usual cut-off time for last orders to be processed the same day is 2:30pm (GMT) for week days only. 

Compatibility

The application information on product pages for the parts listed on our site is for guidance only. You can contact us to check compatibility before ordering any parts. We are able to check compatibility against a chasis number for BMW, Ford, Land Rover, Toyota registered anywhere in the world, for Audi, Seat, Skoda, Vauxhall / Opel, VW registered in Europe. You can contact us with your car`s registration number if your car is registered in UK. Although we will do our best to check compatibility if we are contacted, the customers are responsible to make sure the part purchased is the correct part for their car. 

Common sense applies to fitting of the parts and if there is a physical difference between your old part and the new part bought then you must not try to fit the new part or modify it as this would invalidate the warranty. The part number from your old part must match or be compatible with the part number for the new part.

Prices

Prices excluding and including VAT displayed for each item on the item page. Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the packaged goods and will be displayed at the checkout. You can also calculate shipping on each product page using shipping calculator located below the product price by selecting your country from the drop down menu. When multiple items purchased  combined postage cost will be displayed at the checkout.

Payments

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards.

You can also pay by using your own Pay-Pal account if you prefer to.

Alternatively you can send a cheque or postal order (accepted only from UK customers).

Warranty

The warranty period between the Buyer and the Seller is strictly 1 Year or 10,000 miles, whichever is sooner from the date of order dispatch, regardless of any warranty replacements. A replacement part does not extend the warranty period. We accept liability only for items which are proved faulty by reason of our negligence. Such liability is limited to the price paid for the item and does not include any consequential loss.

worldcarparts.co.uk is not responsible for supplying an alternative part whilst the suspect part is being inspected/returned/refunded/exchanged/repaired.

Delivery

Delivery of Goods shall be made to the Buyer's address on the Delivery Date. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. worldcarparts.co.uk is not liable for additional costs incurred in collecting the goods from a distribution centre in the event of failed delivery.

When the goods are dispatched via carrier or postal service the time quoted will be for a nominal service and not guaranteed within a time scale. No refund in full or part will be offered as a result of late delivery by the carrier. An email will be sent on the dispatch date to inform the buyer.

 Most parts will only have Next Working Day delivery option on checkout page for UK customers and this option  guarantees part to be delivered on the next working day if the order is placed on a working day before 2pm. Saturday Guaranteed Delivery for UK customers should only be picked if the customer wants to receive the goods on Saturday and the order needs to be received before 2pm on any working day from Monday to Friday. Customers who choose First Class option when available must be aware that this is not a guaranteed service and non-trackable. Royalmail consider first class parcels as lost if they are not still delivered after 15 working days from the dispatch date.

Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and weekend will be processed on Monday.

International delivery

International customers should reasonably expect an extra delay in receiving their goods, especially when the customer is outside the EU.
